Private beta

Your inbox does not stop when you leave the desk.

A companion app for the people who actually answer: agents take conversations and calls, admins check on the workspace, and a push notification reaches whoever is on shift without anyone having to keep a browser tab open all evening.

iOS and Android, from one codebase
Push for new conversations and calls
2 Roles — agent and company admin
For agents

The whole shift, in a pocket.

Not a cut-down “view only” companion. An agent can do the job from the app: pick up a waiting conversation, reply with a canned response, take a voice call, leave an internal note, block a visitor who has become a problem, and resolve the ticket.

  • Inbox with unresolved and resolved conversations
  • Voice calls, with the same warm-transfer handoff as the desktop app
  • Canned responses, internal notes and tags
  • Live visitors, ratings and the block list
  • The shared mailbox and the CRM order panel, where your plan includes them
For admins

Check on the workspace from anywhere.

The admin side is not a dashboard screenshot either. Analytics, live monitoring, the waiting queue, your agents and departments, domain assignments, widget configuration and billing — the settings you would reach for when something needs changing and you are not at a laptop.

  • Analytics and live monitoring
  • Agents, departments and domain assignments
  • Widget configuration, including the live preview
  • Billing and plan details

Questions people actually ask.

Can I download it today?

Not from the stores — it is in private beta while we finish the release builds. Ask us for access and we will add your workspace to the beta.

Does it cost extra?

No. It signs in to the workspace you already have, with the same account and the same permissions. An agent sees what that agent can see on the web.

Will an agent get notified when a chat comes in?

Yes — push notifications for new conversations and incoming calls, so the phone is what tells them, rather than a tab they left open.

Is it a wrapper around the website?

No. It is a native app talking to a versioned JSON API built for it, with screens designed for a phone rather than a desktop layout squeezed onto one.
