Live visitors

Reach them before they close the tab.

Most visitors who need help never click the chat bubble — they read the pricing page twice and leave. See who is on your site as they browse, where they came from, what they are looking at, and open the conversation yourself.

The list

Who is here, and what are they reading?

Every active visitor appears with the page they are on, the path they took to get there, their country, and how long they have been browsing. A visitor rereading your pricing page for four minutes is telling you something.

  • Current page and full page journey per visitor
  • Country resolved from IP, with the flag in the list
  • Time on site and session duration
  • Filter by domain when you run more than one site
Proactive chat

You open the conversation.

Pick a visitor, start a chat, and the message is waiting the moment their widget notices — the visitor does not have to have clicked anything first. It is the digital equivalent of walking over and asking whether they are finding what they need.

  • Start a conversation with any live visitor
  • Your message is waiting when their widget picks it up
  • Works whether or not they have ever opened the widget
  • The conversation becomes a normal ticket from there
The other side of it

And a door you can close.

A public chat widget is a public inbox, which means it eventually attracts someone you would rather not hear from. Block a visitor from the conversation itself and they stay blocked; rate limits and abuse guards handle the automated version of the same problem before it reaches an agent at all.

  • Block a visitor straight from the conversation
  • A managed block list your admins can review and lift
  • Rate limiting per visitor and per domain
  • Abuse guards on the message path, ahead of your agents

Questions people actually ask.

Is this tracking my visitors across the web?

No. It shows activity on the sites where your own widget is installed, for the length of a session. There is no cross-site profile and nothing is sold onward.

Do visitors know an agent can see them?

The widget is visible on the page and your privacy policy should say what you collect. We give you the controls; the disclosure is yours to make, as it is with any analytics you run.

What does a proactive chat look like to the visitor?

A message waiting in the widget, exactly as if they had asked a question and you replied. There is no pop-up takeover of the page.

Can I stop someone abusing the widget?

Yes — block them from the conversation, and they stay blocked. Automated floods are caught by rate limits before an agent is involved.
