Solve it in one call, not ten messages.

When typing back and forth stops getting anywhere, your visitor taps Call — and you are talking, inside the same chat window they already have open. No phone number, no app to download, no meeting link. Answer in one click and settle in a minute what would have taken ten.

How it works

A call button, not a phone system.

The call runs on the chat that is already open — browser to browser, no carrier in the middle, nothing to install.

  • One click from inside the chat
  • No number, no dial-in, no app
Handoff

Transfer a call without putting anyone on hold.

The next agent joins before the first one leaves, so the visitor hears a handover instead of a hold tone.

  • No silent gap, no re-dial
  • Context passed on the call itself
Network reality

Works behind the corporate firewall.

When a network blocks the usual media ports, calls fall back to our own relay on a port that strict firewalls still allow.

  • Encrypted relay when direct media is blocked
  • Nothing extra for IT to allowlist

Questions people actually ask.

Does my visitor need to install anything?

No. Calling runs in the browser tab they are already on. They click the call button in the widget and grant microphone permission — that is the whole flow.

Do I need a phone number or a telephony account?

No. Calls are browser-to-browser, so there is no carrier, no DID to rent and no per-minute bill. It is the same connection your chat already uses.

Are calls recorded?

Recording can be enabled, and recordings are held at the platform level. Agents and company admins have no access to them — that is deliberate, because a recording your whole support team can replay is a liability, not a feature.

Is calling on every plan?

It is a gated feature: the platform grants it to your plan, and then your company admin switches it on for the widget. Both have to be true before a call button appears, so it can never turn itself on by surprise.
